A. Every other minute on minute for 10 minutes (5 sets) complete:
- 1 L-sit + 2 Knee Tuck Push-ups x 2
- 3 Ring Swings
B. Rowing “Helen”
Each partner completes 3 Rounds of the following:
- Partner A: Row 500m
- Partner B: 21 Kettlebell Swings @ 35/53 + 12 Pull-ups + ME Burpees*
Optional solo version as 3RFT of:
- 500m Row
- 21 Kettlebell Swings @ 35/53
- 12 Pullups
- 12 Burpees
Score is the athlete’s total Burpees.
*If the rowing partner gets off first, she or he can start to do Burpees to accumulate a higher score until Partner B finishes their Swings and Pull-ups. Partner B will get a score of 0 for Burpees and must move onto the Row. You should aim to beat your partner and get the most number of Burpee reps possible.
