A. Every 4 minutes for 16 minutes (4 sets) complete::
- 3 Knee-tuck > L-Sits
- 3 position Snatch (dip, mid-thigh, floor)
B. As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
- 2 Hang Power Snatches @ 65/95
- 2 Pistols
- 2 Burpees
On each round, increase the repetitions by two (2) for each exercise. Get as deep into the 2 rep ascending ladder as possible in 20 minutes.
