Change Power Cleans to Hang Power Cleans, do Pistols to height of bench or lower and change Double Unders to 40 singles.
Squat Cleans @ 110/165 or Power Cleans @ 110/165 if you did the 30 Back squats from Monday. Double Unders unbroken.
