In honor of Nic Jackson who is part of the ice crew that came on board early last year and added so much good energy to our noon30 crew. Nic is moving back to the west coast. Below is the only workout he ever beat Ronny on apparently. Maybe a rematch? Nic we will all miss you – please come back and visit!
A. Every 3 minutes for 9 minutes (3 sets) complete:
- 1 Deadlift
B. On the 12th minute:
- Hang from a Pull-up bar for 6 minutes
Each time you drop from the bar, perform:
- 800m Run
- 30 Push-ups
Time cap on workout will be 40 minutes.
