My sets were from 75 to 135, I had to break up the last couple sets. I did a burn out at 75, 14 reps.

Kathy

I did 45 to 65 at 10 reps each, but at 75 lbs could only get 1.5 out, tried a third time, but the arms gave out. Back at 45 lbs I did 18 in a minute and it felt pretty good.

Jen, you were once again an inspiration to me! Great WOD.

Jennifer

I did 45 to 65 10 reps each, but then at 75 could only squeeze out 2 or 3. Then did 25 at 45 lb. in a minute- hope I can do that this wkd!!

Kathy- Thank you for all your encouragement, you are so sweet!

World Class Fitness in 100 words

  • Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports!
