Great kickoff to a marriage.
The rest of the clan after Fight Gone Bad IV.
Thanks to all the family and friends that came out to support us in the workout and to everyone that donated to the cause. A special thank you for your support as we tackle Prostate Cancer and continue to stand behind the brave warriors who are defending this great country!

What a day! An awesome group did the FGB workout and we were all wiped out afterwards. It was great! My total was 181, but the weight for the Sumo Deadlift high pull was 58 lbs., 13 lbs. heavier than what we've been using to get ready. I could also tell that waiting almost 3 hrs. after eating to do the wod is not good. I felt a little shaky, so 15 minutes before I had 1/2 cup of protein shake - it helped.
Congratulations to all of my team mates for finishing and for giving it your all! I'm proud to be part of this CrossFit group!!!
