Great to see everyone hit this wod under 10 mins. No matter where your bench press weight was today you all are stronger. I have proof! Most impressive is the progress in the upper body strength. Congratulations! My time was 4:20 with a 185lb bench press and I used the smallest band for 30 of the 45 pull-ups.
