What are your Giants?
After watching the movie, I found this clip and thought it would not only be a gut check for some of you, but also a check up from the neck up. During this time of year we are bombarded by temptations that tend to end up on the waist or other unwanted spots. Whether you are already involved in fitness or you decide, now is the time, you must place a goal in front of you.
Without biting off more than you can chew the starting goal should be within reason, yet just beyond your potential to make you stretch or as the Coach said "Give it your very best." In reality, you must reach down and give more when you think there is nothing left. Where will this undying strength come from you ask? From your will to become a little or alot different than you have been. Your fears must be conquered and yes, you will fail along the way. It is the inevitable road to success. Anyone that has ever achieved anything worthwhile, failed along the way.
