We are looking for a level of commitment that produces results. After you sip the Koolaid, you need to decide if you are willing to put in, what we are willing to dish out.The change & benefits, can be life altering! In this introductory session, we will cover Q&A to determine your goals and fitness level. From there, you will be taken thru a brief and intense workout with a qualified trainer. This will better help us to evaluate your current level of fitness, strength and conditioning.
If you decide to continue training with CrossFit212, we will then schedule your Fundamentals Course. This is designed to expose you to skills, conditioning and proper technique of solid basic movements, that will help you perform safely during short intense workouts. The Fundamentals Course may be scheduled one-on-one or in small groups.
