A. Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes (5 sets):
- 3 Unbroken Hang Power Snatches
- 3 Pistols/side
B. Complete as many rounds as possible in 18 minutes of:
- 15 Box Jumps @ 20/24 (Step-ups allowed)
- 12 Push Press @ 75/115
- 9 Toes-to-Bar
Scales as follows:
Keep the Snatches light, even empty bar, and work on form. Pistol scales to a bench or height that challenges you to come out of the last couple of inches. Lower the Push Press weight to a load that challenges you to complete the 12 reps in 2 sets after the first couple of rounds.

Challengers: Alternate exercises. Partner 1 starts with the Row. When he/she reaches 10 calories, Partner 2 starts the Wall Balls. When he/she finishes 15 Wall Balls, Partner 1 starts the Kettlebell Swings. When he/she finishes Partner 2 starts Rowing, and so on and so forth…. Post total rounds completed.
