Jim’s focus on strict HSPUs finally vindicated
If only I’d practiced them more… Just getting to them was gnarly enough, until I discovered that resting the dumbbell on the back of my head makes the stepups far easier. 15 HSPUs at the cap… Good luck everyone.
I guess my advice to go single arm by your side on the step ups wasn’t that helpful…lol

Ray’s on the money as is the Aussie re: Jim’s streak.
Rest it on your shoulder – balance it with fingertips — it won’t move and does not tax grip, shoulders at all – got to 23 HSPU and crapped out but then watched our boy T-Flo make it to the walk and hit about a length and a half. I did not have Ray’s time after steps – was around 6:30 or so – Nice job by the crew this morning – MKO, Bill, Elbows, Corey, Big John – everybody was moving. Have a good weekend all and good luck to all doing this tomorrow
