Interested in joining but want to understand the class experience before committing? Try our Saturday 11:30am class where we’ll lead you through a classic CrossFit WOD, scaled appropriately to your current level of fitness. This class is for newbies only, no out of town drop-ins. If the Saturday 11:30am class doesn’t work with your schedule, you can try a free class at one of our 212GO classes (see schedules for class times). Daily Drop-In $35
We welcome CrossFitters visiting New York from other cities to join us for our Daily WOD. Please register for your class here. You must have CrossFit experience to purchase this option.
Open Gym is a month-to-month membership for people with prior CrossFit experience that are comfortable working out on their own during scheduled open gym hours. Please email: firstname.lastname@example.org to setup this membership.
We offer one-on-one Personal Training Sessions for people that are not interested in CrossFit or CrossFit classes, or want some one-on-one instruction before committing to the classes. We also offer small group rates for Foundations Privates.
Email Jim at email@example.com to discuss whether 1, 3 or 10 sessions would be the right strategy for you. Sessions are $140 with discounts from there for 10-packs.
