Interested in joining but want to understand the class experience before committing? Try our Saturday 11:00am class where we’ll lead you through a classic CrossFit WOD, scaled appropriately to your current level of fitness. This class is for newbies only, no out of town drop-ins. Sign up here.
Open Gym is a month-to-month membership for people with prior CrossFit experience that are comfortable working out on their own during scheduled open gym hours. Please email: email@example.com to setup this membership. Open Gym hours are from 1:30pm-6pm M-F and 9am-1pm Sunday.
We offer one-on-one Personal Training Sessions for people that are not interested in CrossFit or CrossFit classes, or want some one-on-one instruction before committing to the classes. We also offer small group rates for Foundations Privates.
Email Jen at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss whether 1, 3 or 10 sessions would be the right strategy for you. Sessions are $150 with discounts from there for 10-packs.
