Interested in joining but want to understand the class experience before committing? Try our Saturday 11:30am class where we’ll lead you through a classic CrossFit WOD, scaled appropriately to your current level of fitness. This class is for newbies only, no out of town drop-ins. If the Saturday 11:30am class doesn’t work with your schedule, you can try a free class at one of our 212GO classes (see schedules for class times). Sign up here by going to the Saturday 11:30am class on the class schedule; no walk-ins accepted.
Daily Drop-In $35
We welcome CrossFitters visiting New York from other cities to join us for our Daily WOD. Please register for your class here. You must have CrossFit experience to purchase this option. Out of town drop ins that wish to purchase a T-Shirt can purchase the drop in and T-Shirt for $50. This applies to tanks and T-Shirts that are valued at $25.
Open Gym Only is a month to month membership for members with prior crossfit experience that are comfortable working out independently with no coach supervision. Members will only have access to the scheduled open gym hours at all 4 locations. If interested in purchasing an Open Gym Only membership please email: email@example.com
Personal Training for CrossFit Newbies
We offer one-on-one Private Personal Training Sessions for those that want a head start before joining our CrossFit Classes. These sessions are for those that have never been exposed to CrossFit as well as for people who are just getting back into a fitness routine. You will learn the core movement skills used in our daily “WOD” classes and get custom one-on-one workouts in that will get you ready for our classes. Your personal training sessions will involve:
- Custom Flexibility, Mobility and Activation
- Core CrossFit Skills
- WOD (Workout of Day)
- Finisher or Mobility

If you prefer one-on-one instruction for the ease of learning and/or to match your availability, we offer private sessions with a coach. The number of sessions you will need (usually between three and six sessions) will depend on your fitness level, athletic background, and overall comfort level with barbell mechanics. If you would like us to set you up with a coach please email email@example.com. The private sessions are $135 plus tax. While you are completing your Foundations privates you may also go to our 212Go, 212Row, open gym and yoga classes.
We also offer small group rates for Foundations Privates.
