If you are looking for results-driven personal training in TriBeCa, then we welcome you to visit one of our two personal training studios: CrossFit 212 at 666 Broadway and our second studio, CrossFit TriBeCa at 281 Broadway.
All of our Personal Trainers are all well trained and well studied athletes who understand how to apply fitness training principles to your specific needs. Some incoming clients are interested in going through our CrossFit Foundations program on a private basis while others have no interest in CrossFit but are looking for an equally effective, safe and convenient studio with great personal trainers. Owner, Jim McDade has been a personal trainer and coach long before CrossFit was founded, and he understands and respects that you may not want to engage in full-on CrossFit-style methods. Our staff is trained and certified to work with YOU.
