Endemic in CrossFit culture is the idea that the core lifts and classes will get one stronger and that is enough. It’s not enough. Mass moves mass. Yes, fitness should come first but at some point you will have to face the fact that you’re only as fit as the foundation you’ve built. This program builds that foundation. Expect a lot of bodybuilder-style and gymnastics volume to follow percentage-based focus on the core lifts. Our goal is a larger shoulder-girdle (chest, lats, delts), massive arms hanging from that house, strong quads and glutes, and a tightly packed midline that integrates everything. Expect to change your eating habits too as both diet and exercise will need to be addressed. This is gonna be a fun 10 weeks custom built for you!
