Some skills are not a simple matter of fitness. Double Unders, Pistols, Muscle-ups and Handstand Push-ups take dedicated practice to master which can be difficult to achieve in a class-based environment. This program targets your current strength/weakness levels for each exercise then layers progression-based strength training and skillsets so you can level-up on all 4 movements.
We’ll do an initial standardized assessment of your skills and then retests these skills at the end of your cycle. This program can be done as a stand-alone, full-fitness routine, or be designed to supplement your class-based programming.
