Alternative WOD (for those that did 19.1 on Friday)
A. Each minute on minute for 20 minutes complete:
- 5 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
- 10 Burpees
B. Each minute on minute for 20 minutes complete:
- 5 Deadlifts
- 10 Abmat Situps
If we are submitting are scores – who do we put down as a judge? I am not seeing any coaches names?
Take 2 today! Much better with 6 + 20 🙂 not trying this one a third time.
