Jumbo Tabata!

Complete 40 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are Ring Rows, the second 8 are Pushups, the third 8 intervals are Situps, the fourth 8 intervals are Russian Kettlebell Swings and finally, the last 8 intervals are Airsquats. There is no rest between exercises.

Post total reps from all 40 intervals to comments.

212Barbell

A. Every 3 minutes for 5 ascending sets:

  • Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean

B. Every 3 minutes for 5 sets:

  • Bear Complex @ 65/95, 75/115 or 95/135
